Disney California Adventure should be the first place that comes in mind when talking about Disney Land. A theme park located in Anaheim California. Owned by The Walt disney company. Disney California is not only the park or resort owned by walt disney. So what makes disney lands so tick? what does disney do that attracts thousands of people everyday.

Mining the Mythos. All theming as in design relationship by establishing specific type of art and craft to a suitable environment making it classic. Immersion as in new ideas and spontaneous surprises to make people always come back again and again. Everyone's a princess as in "Treat everyone as equal". Special customer services that always pampers the head of it visitors to always come back because they will surely feel special since disney's motto is "The Happiest Place on Earth". They will surely make you happy. If this is not a great business strategy then how come thousands of people visits there annually.
Disney owns large resort lands and real estate facilities from hotels to parks to avenues. This giant company also owns the walt disney parks and resorts namely;

But this is not to talk about how many resorts or parks disney land owns. This is to review their facilities,attractions and possibly investigate how and why disneyland and disney california adventure were able to reach that far. In 2013, they were considered to be one of the most booked hotels and topped at number 1 according to hotelscombine.com. So what makes disneyland so tick. Is it their marketing tactics. Have they market themselves so powerful within years that they are reaping what they sowed.
According to wikipedia, Disney land was founded as a single park by walt disney and was opened 17th july 1955. 59 years of experience as i write this article in 2014. DisneyLand Hotel was then opened to the public on the 5th of October 1955. They then expanded tremendously, renamed it to Disneyland Resort and the Opening of Disney Adventure Park in 2001. Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa on 2nd January 2001, and Disney Paradise Pier Hotel on 15th December 2000.
As i was analyzing the huge and diverse disney resort lands and informations, i realized that disney had it all. They have built different types of resorts at different geographical areas which tackles specific environmental ,cultural and recreational needs. That is the key point. If a company can foresee every potential wants and needs of people in a geographical area, try to assemble the best and required desire those people seek, and accomplish them very well, why cant they top the best 5 most booked facilities in the United states. Disney used an economic advantage by pursuing basic human wants and needs out of the ordinary.
For example Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge was built with an African oriented environmental design specific to make visitors feel a little bit of Africa's grazing wildlife outside their rooms, public areas around the proximity of the animals. This sort of state is experienced once you lodge there and feel the vast lands and park, plus the animal sounds, birds singing and the grazing field.
The Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is an American Automobile Association with a four Diamond Award winning luxury hotel and spa located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. With it standard room which can host up to five people per room,shows a place for relaxing especially with the excellent Spa facilities. Suitable for families vacation, friends and loved one.
Disney takes every human needs into consideration and try to maximize it at different geographical areas. This is one of the best qualities i was trying to point out on the Accommodation article i previously wrote.
With other resorts and sites like Disney's Contemporary Resort includes Disney's Bay Lake Tower, very splendid lake view for evening meditation. Disney Polynesian Resort , a deluxe resort with a theme called south seas, purposely for special occasions like Honeymoon, special guest for ambassadors, King's , Princesses and distinguished guests. Another powerful niche from disney. Targeted to great people with exceptional taste.
Port Orleans Resort French Quarter and Port Orleans Resort Riverside are two resort hotels which are themed to look like New Orleans and the Old South. Perhaps those who miss coming from these places will have a glimpse and feel the place. With a recreational area called Ol' Man island which features the resort's 158,000 gallon swimming pool and a large saw-mill themed water slide and a hot tub. Attractive points to watch at these areas if you love recreational fishing is its children's playground and the Fishing Hole allowing guests to rent cane fishing poles and bait for an affordable amount.
